However, with founder burnout blamed on 6% of company failures and 90% of founders feeling pressure to consistently work long hours, the firm launched a first of its kind Founder Wellbeing and Performance programme. Matt and his team filmed a video in Stockholm, Cambridge and London for the homepage of the programme's website.
